摘要:
以海藻酸钠(Sodium alginate, SA)和N异丙基丙烯酰胺(Nisopropylacrylamide, NIPAAm)为原料,采用氧化还原自由基聚合和物理交联的方法合成海藻酸钙/聚(N异丙基丙烯酰胺)互穿网络结构水凝胶(AlginateCa 2+/PNIPAAm IPN hydrogel)。利用红外光谱仪(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制备的水凝胶材料进行理化性质表征;以SA/NIPAAm比例、药物浓度、载药方式和介质温度为实验变量,研究水凝胶的盐酸四环素释放行为,并以抑菌圈表征其抗菌性能。结果表明:N异丙基丙烯酰胺比例越高,药物累积释放率越低;药物浓度越高,药物累积释放率也略有下降;采用直接包埋的方法可有效的延长药物缓释的时间,具有良好的药物释放性能;在37 ℃的介质温度下,药物的累积释放率远大于25 ℃,并且具有良好的抗菌效果。制备所得水凝胶在创伤敷料应用方面将具有良好的前景。
