摘要:
将生物活性玻璃(Bioactive glass, BG)加入聚氧化乙烯(PEO)/海藻酸钠(SA)混合水溶液中,利用静电纺丝构建生物活性玻璃纤维支架,并将纤维膜浸泡在六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HMDI)的甲苯溶液和氯化钙(CaCl2)水溶液中交联处理,进一步将交联后的纤维膜在模拟体液(Simulated body fluid, SBF)中浸泡1、3、5 d和7 d;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其形貌结构、元素组成和晶体结构进行表征分析。研究结果表明:在交联剂中加入2%二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)作为催化剂使得纤维膜在模拟体液浸泡7 d后仍能保持纤维结构,并伴随羟基磷灰石的生成,因此PEO/SA纳米纤维膜通过上述方法交联处理后具有较好的耐水性能,并具有良好的生物活性。
