摘要:
分散蓝354和分散彩蓝QS-B对涤纶进行染色时易产生染色不匀现象;为探究这2种染料匀染性差的原因,以匀染性能优良的分散蓝60为参照,对影响染料匀染性的因素进行分析,评价染料的匀染性,测试高温分散稳定性、透染性、动力学及热力学性能,模拟计算分子晶胞参数,并测试移染性。结果表明:分散蓝60的分子体积小、半染时间短,对涤纶进行染色时表现出良好的扩散性与移染性,使得匀染性能优良;分散蓝354分子平面性较好,对涤纶的标准亲和力较大;分散彩蓝QS-B分子体积较大,扩散性能较差,使得两者匀染性不佳。该研究结果可为提升分散染料的匀染性提供参考。
