摘要:
    分散染料和阳离子染料同浴易凝聚沉淀,染色涤腈织物存在易色花等问题,加入防沉淀剂金兴KH2可以提高染液稳定性,通过比较加料顺序、金兴KH2用量对同浴染液稳定性的影响,阳离子染料对涤纶的沾色性和分散染料对腈纶的沾色性以及温度对腈纶纱线的断裂强力、横截面切片的影响,确定了涤腈织物分散/阳离子染料同浴染色适宜的工艺为:分散染料X%(o.w.f),阳离子染料Y%(o.w.f),金兴KH2的用量为1.2~1.6 g/L,醋酸调节pH 5左右,浴比1∶10,始染温度30℃,升温速度1℃/min,115℃保温30~40 min,降温速度2℃/min,至50~60℃水洗晾干。
