摘要:
通过细乳液聚合法制备一系列不同接枝链长的甲基丙烯酰氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS-MA)改性的聚丙烯酸酯/有机颜料复合胶乳,探究有机硅接枝链长对聚合物/有机颜料复合乳胶膜性能的影响。利用动态激光光散射仪(DLS)对有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯/有机颜料复合胶乳的粒径进行测试表征,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线光子能谱(XPS)、热重分析(TGA)、接触角及应力拉伸分析等对有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯/有机颜料复合乳胶膜进行性能测试。结果表明:与长链有机硅接枝复合体系相比,短链有机硅接枝复合乳胶粒的粒径为129 nm、PDI分布为0.12,分散稳定性较好;硅元素在胶膜表面富集得更均匀,胶膜表面水接触角能达到114.0°,耐水性更好;另外,短链体系下复合乳胶膜的热稳定性和机械性能得到了显著改善。该研究获得了有机硅接枝链长对聚丙烯酸酯/有机颜料复合乳胶膜性能的影响规律,为织物染色涂层整理提供了参考依据。
