摘要:
采用水热法高温煅烧处理制备Ni  xCo 1-x MoO4(x=0、0.25、0.50、0.75和1.00)纳米片阵列,利用XRD、FESEM、循环伏安法和恒流充放电测试方法,分析其晶体结构、微观形貌和赝电容性能。研究表明:Ni xCo 1-xMoO 4纳米片阵列的晶体结构和微观形貌与Ni的相对含量有关;其中,晶体结构为NiMoO4物相的Ni 0.50Co 0.50MoO 4纳米片阵列显示出高的比电容、增强的循环稳定性和高倍率放电能力,是一种性能优异的赝电容材料。
