摘要:
采用问卷法调查了183名研究生学业拖延与尽责性和时间监控观的关系，特别考察了时间监控观在尽责性与学业拖延关系间的中介作用。研究结果表明：学业拖延与尽责性及时间监控观显著负相关，时间监控观与尽责性显著正相关；尽责性的胜任感、成就上进心、自律性三个因子及时间监控观均显著负向预测学业拖延；时间监控观在成就上进心、自律性对学业拖延预测过程中起完全中介效应，在胜任感与学业拖延的关系间起部分中介效应。
