摘要:
为探究间歇性禁食对肝癌进展的影响,以皮下注射肝癌细胞Huh7的BALB/c裸鼠为研究对象,构建肿瘤模型,比较间歇性禁食对肝癌形成及生长、肝脏生理功能及血脂血糖的影响。结果显示:皮下注射Huh7细胞引起的肝癌病变,与对照组相比较,间歇性禁食组小鼠的成瘤率低,且在相同时间段内,间歇性禁食组小鼠形成的肿瘤体积较小;血清学检测结果表明,间歇性禁食组小鼠的肝损伤程度较低。间歇性禁食对肝癌形成具有一定程度的抑制作用,有望成为抑制或减缓肿瘤恶化的有效方法。
