摘要:
 从“三螺旋”理论入手，剖析了区域创新驱动发展面临的困境与难题，认为“三螺旋”理论是高校服务创新驱动发展的理论诉求与现实选择，提出了“三螺旋”理论视域下高校服务区域创新驱动发展的模式与策略：深度融入区域创新体系，主动参与区域科技创新，大力促进科技成果的高效益转化，致力优化区域大学联盟。
