摘要:
多酶体系的定向共固定可以充分地结合不同种类酶的催化特性,既扩展了酶催化的应用范围,又提高了酶体系的整体反应效率,在很大程度上克服了单酶反应体系单一催化的局限性。文章对单酶应用领域的定向固定化方法作了概述,并讨论了多酶反应体系定向共固定化技术的发展现状。多酶体系定向固定化目前主要依赖于非共价定向化的方法,包括生物亲和作用以及DNA技术。
