摘要:
根据经济学的“20/80定律”,20%的VIP顾客为企业创造最大利润。目前针对服装企业VIP顾客研究较少,结合企业内部数据库消费记录,确定RFM模型较适合挖掘服装行业消费者行为特征。分析结果表明:忠诚度对个人价值的影响程度与人为预期不符,无绝对影响力;活跃度对VIP顾客个人价值影响较大,且活跃度高的VIP顾客实际贡献值高;忠诚度与活跃度间为负相关关系。分析结构有利于企业对这一群体近一步管理与研究。
