摘要:
习近平新时代建设网络强国思想，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分，蕴含着丰富的以人民为中心的思想。人民性是习近平新时代建设网络强国思想的核心指向和价值旨归。习近平新时代建设网络强国思想的人民性阐释主要体现在三个维度：满足人民需要、依靠人民力量、实现人民共享。满足人民需要，是习近平新时代建设网络强国思想的核心指向；依靠人民力量，是习近平新时代建设网络强国思想的动力源泉；实现人民共享，是习近平新时代建设网络强国思想的目标旨归。新时代建设网络强国必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为引领，坚持以人民为中心的根本立场，做到维护人民利益，尊重人民主体地位，发挥人民主体力量，满足人民对美好网络生活的向往。
