摘要:
高校教师党支部组织力建设对于厚植党在高校的执政根基，办好中国特色社会主义大学具有重要意义。高校教师党支部的组织力是教师党支部凭借支部这一组织体系与组织资源，带领教师党员和群众在履职尽责的过程中所形成的一种合力，是支部先进性与崇高性的公开展示与集中体现，可从支部的内在结构力、文化自觉力与外显作用力三个层面来理解。高校教师党支部组织力提升应从优化支部设置模式、确立支部主体地位、加强支部文化建设、增强支部工作能力、夯实党建理论基础等五方面展开。
