摘要:
为实现球状YVO 4:Eu 3+ /SiO 2复合结构材料的大规模生产,采用喷雾干燥法合成了YVO 4:Eu 3+ /SiO2复合结构材料。通过能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜仪(FESEM)对其组成、结构和形貌进行表征与分析。结果表明:YVO 4:Eu 3+ /SiO 2材料为非晶SiO 2与四方锆石结构YVO 4:Eu 3+ 颗粒的复合结构,粒径分布在1~7 μm之间,球状形貌颗粒,且其外壳有一层致密的包覆膜;球状YVO 4:Eu 3+ /SiO 2复合结构材料在紫外光激发下表现出较为优异的三价铕离子典型的发射光谱,其主要支配峰位于612 nm处,呈现为红光的特征波长。本文所用喷雾干燥法可高效制备得到球状YVO4:Eu 3+ /SiO 2复合结构材料,对实现球状荧光粉的工业化生产起到了促进作用。
