摘要:
以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)和自制的纳米SiO2为前驱体,利用静电自组装法构造SiO2/PEI结构生色薄膜,应用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和成像椭圆偏振仪分析表征组装粒子的粒径与薄膜的组装过程、薄膜的表面形貌、薄膜的内部结构之间的相关性。结果表明:SiO-2/PEI薄膜的静电自组装过程中,粒子的填充行为使每层粒子间的空隙减少直至该层接近饱和,粒子的叠加行为使薄膜纵向错层增长;组装粒子的粒径越大,薄膜表面的高低起伏越明显,薄膜越粗糙;薄膜的内部结构中空气占比越大,薄膜越疏松;光的散射作用因薄膜结构的缺陷始终存在,随粒子粒径的增大,光的散射作用增强,造成薄膜颜色种类少、不均匀。
