摘要:
将不同质量分数的氟硅与甲基丙烯酸甲酯嵌段共聚物(PMTFPS-b-PMMA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)配制成2.00 wt%溶液,经旋涂、退火处理后得到共混聚合物膜。以水、二碘甲烷和甲酰胺为参比液,利用接触角测试仪测定了共混聚合物膜的表面能。研究结果表明:当共混聚合物中PMTFPS链段含量在由0.28 wt%增大至5.67 wt%时,表面能从26.90 mN/m降到14.49 mN/m,共混物涂膜表面氟元素的相对含量从0.93%急剧增加到14.27%;随PMTFPS链段含量的进一步增加,共混物膜表面能仅略有下降,表面氟含量增加也不明显,说明此时共混物膜的表面组成已趋于稳定。
