摘要:
    利用蚕丝加工过程中废弃的丝胶蛋白为填充物,采用干法成膜方式制备聚氨酯/丝胶蛋白复合膜,并考察丝胶含量对复合膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明:丝胶蛋白的加入,明显改善了聚氨酯薄膜的吸水和透湿性能,〖JP2〗当其含量为30%时,聚氨酯薄膜的吸水率由初始的0.3%增大至19.8%,水蒸汽透过率则由原来的747 g/(m2·d)〖JP2〗增加至6 025 g/(m2·d)。复合膜力学性能随着丝胶含量的增加虽有所降低,但仍具有满足医用敷料要求的较高韧性,在实际临床中具有广阔的应用前景。
