摘要:
    以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)的共聚物作为涤纶切片的添加物,籍共聚物中的MMA组分赋予树脂流动性,籍KH570中的硅氧基团赋予抗熔滴性能。熔融指数和热失重分析表明,共聚温度为45℃、时间1.5 h下共聚物的流动性较好,不影响涤纶的纺丝性能。结果表明:共混涤纶纤维经水处理26 h后,无熔滴现象。
