摘要:
    紫外线吸收剂UV360具有两个含氢键的分子内六元环结构,吸收紫外线的能力很强,但由于分子较大而影响了其对涤纶织物的上染。为了提高UV360对涤纶织物的上染率,发挥其改善涤纶织物耐光色牢度的作用,研究探讨在染浴中添加简单结构酯类物质和Gemini型表面活性剂的作用。结果表明,由乙酸正戊酯和Gemini31508所组成的增塑增溶体系对UV360上染率有明显的促进作用;同时,通过分析乙酸正戊酯对涤纶纤维直径、临界溶解时间的影响,以及Gemini31508对分散染料和UV360溶解性能的影响,探讨了增塑增溶体系改善UV360对涤纶上染性能的作用机理。
