摘要:
以活性碳纤维(Activated carbon fibers,ACFs)为催化载体,制备出负载喹啉铁(8-hydroxyquinoline iron,QuFe)的催化材料QuFe@ACFs。采用活性艳红195(RR 195)染料为探针化合物,以过一硫酸氢盐(Peroxymonosulfate,PMS)为氧化剂进行催化氧化实验,探究QuFe@ACFs在不同因素对的催化活性的影响。实验结果表明:QuFe负载到活性碳纤维上,极大地提高其催化活性;在PMS存在时,QuFe@ACFs具有良好的持续催化性能;当PMS用量为0.5 mmol/L时,QuFe@ACFs/PMS体系的催化活性增加,但是当PMS用量低于或者高0.5 mmol/L时,QuFe@ACFs/PMS催化活性降低;随着反应温度的升高,对染料RR 195去除效率增快。利用醇类捕获技术检测到QuFe@ACFs/PMS体系中的活性氧种是羟自由基(·OH)和硫酸根自由基(SO-4),并推测可能的催化氧化反应机理。QuFe@ACFs合成方法简单、实用性强,拓宽传统芬顿催化剂活化PMS的pH使用范围,解决传统铁离子活化PMS技术中存在的二次污染问题。
