摘要:
在全水一步法制备聚氨酯软泡过程中加入不同填充量的高潜热值相变材料正十八烷,制备相变潜热较高的调温聚氨酯发泡棉。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、示差扫描量热(DSC)、热重(TG)等表征手段和力学测试,研究不同含量的正十八烷对发泡棉表面形貌、化学结构、热性能和力学性能的影响。SEM和FTIR结果显示:相变材料正十八烷能较好的埋置于聚氨酯基体中;DSC和TG结果显示:发泡棉的相变热值随正十八烷含量的增加而增大,含有20%正十八烷的发泡棉相变潜热可达43 J/g;经多次热处理后发现:填充20%正十八烷的复合发泡棉相变潜热变化量较小,热稳定性良好;力学测试结果显示:经正十八烷填充后的聚氨酯发泡棉永久压缩形变增大,拉伸强度及断裂伸长率减少。
