摘要:
    B基因为靶标,设计土壤类芽孢杆菌的特异性引物,建立了土壤类芽孢杆菌的特异性PCR鉴定方法。该方法具有较高的特异性,可有效区分胶质类芽孢杆菌及其它各种细菌菌种。该PCR方法也具有较好的灵敏度,可检测只含1到10细胞之间的检测样品。
