摘要:
为了实现白色纺织基材的结构生色,在不对基材进行底色处理的前提下,利用数码喷印技术将含有色素的胶体微球墨水施加于基材上,经自组装构筑得到光子晶体结构色。采用三步法制备负载色素型胶体微球——分散染料/聚(苯乙烯丙烯酸丁酯甲基丙烯酸)/聚(苯乙烯 N 羟甲基丙烯酰胺)(分散染料/P(St BA MAA)/P(St MMA)),以其为主要组分并复配添加剂配置成结构生色墨水,将结构生色墨水应用于白色纺织品数码喷墨印花。分析分散染料/P(St BA MAA)/P(StMMA)微球的性能,优化结构生色墨水体系,并将所配墨水在白色纺织品上进行数码喷印。结果表明:负载色素的胶体微球单分散性良好、粒径均一可控、球形度良好,具有良好的稳定性。当微球质量分数为1.5%、pH值为7、表面张力调节剂烯丙醇体积分数为0~0.5%、黏度调节剂聚丙烯酰胺体积分数为0~10.0%时,可制得喷印效果优良的负载色素型结构生色墨水;利用该墨水通过数码喷印可在白色基底的纺织品上制得色彩鲜艳的光子晶体结构色图案。该研究为白色底色纺织基材结构生色光子晶体的构筑提供了理论依据。
