摘要:
为了有效降低内陆空集装箱调运成本以提高船运公司的收益,建立基于船运公司和卡车运输公司相互合作的内陆空集装箱调运优化模型。以船运公司之间共享空集装箱资源、调运资源为基础,结合三角运输、互租、互换等三种合作模式,形成相互合作的共赢局面。综合考虑租箱成本、运输费用、堆存限制、停留时间窗等因素,在保证满足空箱需求的前提下,达到各参与方空箱调运总成本最小化的目标。最后,通过算例,给出船运公司内陆空集装箱合作调运的优化方案,从而验证模型的有效性,为船运公司之间的合作决策提供参考和指导。
