摘要:
采用化学镀银工艺在锦纶针织织物表面沉积银纳米颗粒,探究氨水作为主络合剂、Na-4EDTA为辅助络合剂对锦纶织物化学镀银过程的影响,通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对银镀层的形貌、结构进行分析,并测试织物表面电阻、增重率及镀层结合力。结果表明:Na-4EDTA作为辅助络合剂可增加镀液稳定性,降低织物表面电阻,但浓度过高会明显降低银沉积速度,导致织物表面电阻上升;织物表面沉积的颗粒为单质银,结晶较为完善,随着Na-4EDTA浓度增加,平均晶粒尺寸减小,镀银层颗粒变小,镀层均匀致密;Na-4EDTA有助于提高银镀层与织物的结合力,随着Na-4EDTA浓度增加,镀层耐磨性提高,摩擦后镀层失重率减小。
