摘要:
    棉酚是棉花中倍半萜(十五碳)的法尼基焦磷酸环化后合成的次生代谢产物。近来有研究显示棉酚具有抗肿瘤效果。本研究通过MTT、Hoechst染色、Western blot等生化技术开展棉酚对肝癌细胞系Bel\|7404的增殖抑制及促凋亡作用研究。MTT实验结果表明5mmol棉酚即对肝癌细胞增殖具有强烈抑制作用,Hoechst染色表明5mmol/L棉酚即可对肝癌细胞具有促凋亡作用,Western blot结果表明棉酚能下调Bcl\|2基因的表达。棉酚对肝癌细胞系Bel\|7404具有很好的抑制增殖和促凋亡的效果。
