摘要:
利用高通量测序技术,对半夏珠芽和茎进行测序分析,共获得6.5 Gb原始数据,122 282 962条有效reads,平均长度为103.84 bp。经Denovo组装,获得90 175条unigenes,平均长度为751 bp。对长度分布、GC含量、表达水平等方面的评价显示,测序数据质量好且可信度高。将unigenes比对到NR、KOG和GO数据库,分别获得了55 197、46 237和31 622条注释信息。通过分析半夏珠芽和茎的基因表达量,共筛选出19个与玉米素、吲哚乙酸、茉莉酸、脱落酸和赤霉素代谢相关的差异表达基因。基因差异表达分析结果表明:玉米素、生长素、茉莉酸、脱落酸4种激素合成代谢相关基因在半夏珠芽中的表达水平高于茎中,而赤霉素则相反。
