摘要:
周围神经损伤是临床常见疾病 ,致残率高 ,严重影响患者生活质量 。作为“金标准”的 自体神经移植方法存在二次手术、供体不足等应用限制 , 而神经导管通过桥接缺损和引导轴突定向再生为周围神经修复提供新途径 。定向冷冻技术又称为冰模板法 , 因其可制备具有高度取向微通道的导管结构 ,且能有效模拟神经天然解剖特征 , 已成为制备仿生神经导管的重点研究方向 。该文系统综述了定向冷冻技术在仿生神经导管制备中的研究进展 ,重点阐述了周围神经的解剖学特征、定向冷冻技术的基本过程和原理 ,探讨了采用该技术制造取向多孔材料的优势和存在的问题 ,并指出了该技术在构建仿生神经导管领域面临的挑战与未来发展方向。
