摘要:
为探究在偏热环境中 口罩类型对人员热舒适性与生理负荷的影响 , 以高校健康人群为研究对象 ,招募的 36名受试者在 26~34℃温度下分别佩戴 3类常见防护 口罩 (医用 口罩、带阀 KN95 口罩和无阀 KN95 口罩)进行人体热舒适实验 ,并同步收集其主观热感知投票以及血压、心 率和血氧饱和度等生理参数 ;结合线性回归分析与相关性分析 ,探讨不同 口罩类型及不同温度区间对受试者热舒适性与生理负荷的影响差异 。结果表明 :在偏热环境中佩戴 口罩对受试者的热舒适性和生理负荷有着显著影响 ,随着环境温度升高 ,所有类型的口罩均显著影响受试者的湿感觉 ,其投票值平均上升 0.31,并且受试者的空气质量感知投票值平均下降 0.59, 同时引起心率平均增幅 5.3%和血氧饱和度平均降幅 4.3% ,但仅在 30℃以上的环境中佩戴 口罩对热感觉有显著影响;无阀 KN95 口罩引发的热不适感和生理负荷最为显著 , 医用 口罩对热湿感觉和生理负荷的影响最小;主观感知指标与心率、血氧饱和度存在显著相关性(P<0.05) ,而与血压无显著关联(P>0.05) 。该研究明确了偏热环境中不同 口罩类型对佩戴者热舒适性与生理负荷的影响规律 ,为改善室内 口罩佩戴者的热舒适性提供了实验依据。
