摘要:
为实现白色底色丝绸的结构生色,以黑色的聚多巴胺(PDA)为壳,以聚(苯乙烯 甲基丙烯酸)(P(StMAA))微球为核,采用乳液聚合法制备“核壳型”P(StMAA)@PDA微球;并以该微球为结构基元,采用真空辅助过滤方式,在丝绸基底上构筑光子晶体生色结构。考察多巴胺(DA)用量对P(St MAA)@PDA微球粒径和形貌的影响,分析P(St MAA)@PDA微球的基本性能,探究PDA层厚度对光子晶体结构生色的影响,并对白色丝绸上构筑所得P(St MAA)@PDA光子晶体结构生色的效果进行评价。结果表明:在P(St MAA)微球粒径确定的情况下,随着DA用量的增加,P(St MAA)@PDA微球的粒径不断增大;制备所得P(St-MAA)@PDA微球分布均匀,球形度及单分散性良好,适宜构筑光子晶体生色结构;当PDA的厚度为3.5~9.0 nm时,P(St MAA)@PDA微球在白色丝绸上可显现出明显且均匀的光子晶体结构色,且随微球粒径的增大结构色发生红移现象;P(St MAA)@PDA微球所构筑的光子晶体生色结构具有优异的稳固性。该研究为白色底色丝绸上光子晶体生色结构的构筑提供了理论依据。
