摘要:
人工智能情感作为“超”人工智能跃迁迭代的最新技术成果，正在深刻改变思想政治教育的实践面貌。人工智能情感赋能思想政治教育，通过识别情感变化来协调人机交互，通过唤醒情感力量来优化育人环境，通过引导情感方向来贯通辐射空间，通过回应情感需要来深化文化价值。然而，人工智能情感也给思想政治教育带来了风险，包括情感机器可能取代思想政治教育中的情感主体，情感屏障可能导致思想政治教育中的情感关系失衡，情感荷载的弱化可能削弱思想政治教育的情感功能，情感量化可能导致思想政治教育中情感劳动的异化。对此，需要创设思想政治教育情感治理体系，引导人工智能情感技术的发展方向，提升思想政治教育者的素养和能力，改进思想政治教育中情理交融的方法，推动思想政治教育向数智化、数质化和数治化发展。
