摘要:
城市绿地对居民的身心健康具有显著的正向效应，研究居民在城市绿地中的暴露情况和公共健康的关系，对于快速城市化背景下的城市公共安全和可持续发展具有重要意义。收集2007-2022年Web of Science数据库中的550篇相关文献，利用文献计量分析方法对文献出版数量、被引频次、学科分布、共被引关系和关键词突现等进行系统分析，梳理城市绿地暴露与公共健康关系的研究现状。结果表明：城市绿地暴露与公共健康关系研究呈现出缓慢增长和快速爆发两个发展阶段；城市化程度高、经济发达的国家相关研究较多，呈多学科交叉的特点；研究主题主要集中在体力活动、空气污染、住宅绿地、心理健康和城市健康等领域，研究重点从早期偏重环境健康效应逐渐转移到绿地公平性研究。未来的研究可以结合新技术探究绿地暴露对生理和心理健康的各类效应及内在机制，同时也要关注绿地暴露的公平性及其对新发传染病的影响。
