摘要:
数字命运共同体是中国共产党深刻把握数字全球化发展趋势的智慧结晶，具有深厚的理论逻辑、历史逻辑与实践逻辑。从理论逻辑看，构建数字命运共同体既是对马克思自由人联合体思想的创造性发展，也是数字经济时代人类命运共同体理念的创新性成果。从历史逻辑看，构建数字命运共同体是经济全球化曲折发展背景下零和博弈发展模式与合作共赢发展模式交织的历史必然。从实践逻辑看，构建数字命运共同体是推进全球数字治理、促进全球数字发展与合作、繁荣全球数字文明的必然选择。
