摘要:
反贫致富是百年来中国共产党治国理政的重要议题。在党的二十大召开之际，从时间发展脉络纵向梳理党带领人民历经的“出场－初探－拓展－升华－飞跃”五个前后相继、相互联系的反贫致富演变历程，厘清反贫致富在不同时代场域的具体内核。同时，从话语主体、话语内容和政策表达三方面系统回答“谁来领导反贫致富”“反贫致富为了谁”“如何反贫致富”等基本问题。研究表明，中国特色反贫致富议题彰显了中国共产党始终坚持实事求是，以中国特色反贫致富话语助推共同富裕事业的全面开启，并在实现共富的过程中不断锤炼人民斗争精神的实践旨归。从世界意义上说，这也为解决世界贫困问题贡献了中国智慧。
