摘要:
为了研究柱[5]芳烃二聚体的构象和平面手性,设计合成了氧杂杯[4]芳烃桥连的刚性柱[5]芳烃二聚体,得到两种构象固定的非对映异构体。以1,4 二甲氧基柱[5]芳烃二酚和3,5 二氰基 2,6 二氯吡啶为原料,分别采用一步法和片段偶联法制备柱[5]芳烃二聚体,并通过1H NMR、 13 C NMR和高分辨质谱等实验测试其结构性质。结果表明:二聚体1a和1b总产率分别为19%和6%,两者互为非对映异构体,两个柱[5]芳烃空腔通过一个氧杂杯[4]芳烃环连接;初步研究了1,13 十三烷二酸与柱[5]芳烃二聚体在溶液中的络合作用,发现主客体之间通过超分子作用络合,形成准轮烷结构,该发现为进一步构筑柱[5]芳烃高级组装体提供了新思路。
