摘要:
残疾人停车位的设置是我国构建无障碍交通体系的重要一环。文章在对国内外残疾人停车位法律法规和研究现状梳理的基础上，以问卷调查方式分析了人们对残疾人停车位的认知度。通过设置不同的残疾人停车位标示组合,分析对停车行为的影响，实验结果显示：仅有地面标示提醒的情况下，违章停车时间占有率高达64.5%，地面标示和竖直标志牌条件下为57.0%，地面标示、竖直标志牌和警示标语的设置组合条件下，违章停车时间占有率降至21.7%。实验发现三者组合设置在同一处停车位的效果最佳。文章希望能够唤起全社会对残疾人士无障碍停车问题的关注，同时为我国残疾人停车位的设置与发展提供理论依据。
