摘要:
提出了采用电磁轴承支承柔性转子,通过支承特性的调节,改变柔性转子的各阶临界转速的分布位置,使柔性转子顺利实现超临界运行。将电磁轴承支承特性建模融入到经典转子动力学的柔性转子有限元建模理论中去,构建了电磁轴承支承的柔性转子系统模型进行仿真。仿真结果表明:通过调节电磁轴承的等效刚度,可以明显改变柔性转子平动和锥动两个刚体临界转速,而对一阶弯曲和二阶弯曲两个弯曲临界转速影响不大。调节等效阻尼可明显减小转子过临界时的振动。
