摘要:
BCRP属于ABC转运蛋白超家族G亚族的第二位成员,是导致临床乳腺癌治疗失败的最主要原因之一。通过构建pLJM1 bcrp 重组质粒,利用病毒侵染的方法,将重组质粒转染至乳腺癌细胞株MCF 7中,通过嘌呤霉素筛选得到BCRP稳定高表达的细胞株MCF 7/BCRP,并利用半定量RT PCR和Western blot进行分析,分别从mRNA水平和蛋白质水平研究BCRP的表达。
