摘要:
为获得具有优异抗菌性能的聚偏氟乙烯(Polyvinylidene fluoride,PVDF)膜,以锌离子(Zn 2+)与钼离子(Mo 6+ )共掺杂二氧化钛(TiO 2)复合粒子为添加物,通过非溶剂致相分离法制备改性PVDF平板膜;采用FESEM、XRD、平板计数等技术分析Zn 2+ 与Mo 6+ 共掺杂TiO 2复合粒子的形貌、物相结构和抗菌性,探究复合粒子添加量对改性PVDF平板膜形貌、机械性能、纯水通量和抗菌性能的影响。结果表明:制备的Zn 2+ 与Mo 6+ 共掺杂TiO 2复合粒子尺寸为100~350 nm,保留了纯TiO 2粒子锐钛矿型的晶型结构,且相较纯TiO 2粒子和Zn 2+ 掺杂TiO 2复合粒子抗菌性明显提升;复合粒子的添加量会显著影响改性PVDF平板膜的各项性能,当添加量为2.0%(以质量分数计)时可制备得到性能优异的改性PVDF平板膜;与不添加复合粒子制备得到的纯PVDF平板膜相比,最优添加量下制备所得改性PVDF平板膜呈现出较多均匀的蜂窝状大孔,孔隙率高达80.4%,机械强度提升了28.9%,水接触角由97.4°降低到53.5°,纯水通量由292.3 L/(m 2·h)提高到490.1 L/(m 2·h)。此外,当共培养时间为15 h时,最优添加量下制备所得改性PVDF平板膜对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率可达100%。该结果为抗菌性PVDF分离膜的制备提供了理论基础。
