摘要:
将不同组成的氟硅与甲基丙烯酸甲酯两嵌段共聚物配制成溶液,经旋涂、退火处理后得到不同厚度的聚合物涂层。采用视频接触角张力仪(CAM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)研究嵌段共聚物涂层的疏水性能、表面形貌以及化学组成随涂层厚度的变化情况。结果表明:随着涂层厚度的增加,涂层表面对水、甲酰胺、二碘甲烷的接触角逐渐增大,并且聚合物涂层表面氟元素含量逐渐上升。
