摘要:
活性染料在硅基非水介质(十甲基环五硅氧烷)染色过程中具有很好的上染率和固色率,但被分散的染料颗粒容易发生聚集或沉淀,极易造成染色不匀的问题。活性染料在硅基非水介质中的分散均匀性和稳定性是影响染色匀染性的重要因素。文章采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)和氨基聚醚有机硅(HST-62)两类表面活性剂制备分散均匀性和稳定性更好的活性染料/硅基非水介质增溶体系,探究表面活性剂的复配比例、用量及环氧乙烷(EO)数目对增溶性能的影响。结果表明:HST-62和AEO的复配能有效地将活性染料增溶在硅基非水介质中,且AEO和HST-62的复配质量比例为5∶5,EO数目为5时,活性染料在硅基非水介质中的增溶性能最优。
