摘要:
采用“挤出—拉伸—烧结”法制备聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中空纤维膜,并用膜吸收法去除废水中的氮氨。主要研究PTFE中空纤维膜的膜组件设计(装填密度、膜丝长度、放置方式、运行方式)对去除氨氮过程中传质性能的影响。结果表明:存在一个最佳的装填密度使氨氮传质系数最大,同时又有很高的脱除率;膜组件的有效长度越长,氨氮传质系数越小,脱除率越大;膜组件的放置方式对氨氮传质基本无影响,料液走壳程优于料液走管程。
