摘要:
利用超声破壁处理,氯仿为溶剂对桦褐孔菌子实体中三萜单体进行提取。通过薄层层析色谱(TLC)检测,用1%香草醛浓硫酸试剂作为显色剂,反复用硅胶柱色谱对氯仿提取物进行梯度洗脱,得到两种羊毛脂烷型的三萜化合物,即化合物1(121 mg)和化合物2(67 mg)。采用HPLC的方法在206 nm处分析其纯度,同时红外光谱(IR)分析两种化合物的特征,以及核磁共振( 1HNMR和 13 C NMR)技术对两种羊毛脂烷型的三萜化合物进行结构鉴定。对比已知标准谱图,最终确定其结构为羊毛甾醇(Lanosterol)和栓菌酸(Trametenolic acid)。
