摘要:
    用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)测定定向凝固太阳能电池用多晶硅的轴向碳浓度分布。结果表明:实验样品的轴向碳浓度分布符合分凝规律。用经典分凝公式模拟该铸造多晶硅的轴向碳浓度分布,得到该铸造多晶硅的有效分凝系数为0.45。取硅熔点温度为定向凝固过程温度,通过BPS公式计算得到,碳在定向凝固过程中的扩散速度在4.72×10-8~4.72×10-7 cm/s的范围。
