摘要:
     选取直叶片叶型小型轴流风扇为研究对象,以静压为优化目标,优化方法为遗传算法和近似函数方法,优化计算得到性能更优的风扇模型,分析研究优化前后风扇静特性及流场的变化,利用风扇测试系统对优化前后风扇进行静特性实测,并与数值模拟结果进行对比。结果表明:优化后得到了不同参数化方法的优化模型A和B,分别为倾斜叶型和弯曲叶型,两模型的静压均较优化前提高了近20%,静特性和流场状况也均优于原始模型,实验数据和数值计算结果趋势相同且数值接近,达到了对周向参数优化以提高风扇性能的目的。
