摘要:
    采用化学还原法从羊毛中提取角蛋白,制备角蛋白膜,并采用红外、电泳等测试方法对提取的角蛋白进行表征,同时探讨在透析液中加入少量十二烷基磺酸钠对角蛋白提取过程的影响。结果表明:提取角蛋白的分子量集中在50~70 kD;角蛋白在溶解过程中并没发生肽键的断裂,在透析时部分断裂的二硫键再次被氧化;透析液中加入十二烷基磺酸钠,可溶性角蛋白的产率由56%提高到78%,且十二烷基磺酸钠的加入对所提取角蛋白的分子量和内部结构没有明显影响。
