摘要:
    采用溶液共混法制备了PVC膜材涂层,通过TG、DSC、SEM和动态光散射粒度分析仪等研究DINP、BaZn和CaCO3粒子对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:PVC膜材涂层中添加DINP可减小涂层的粘度;BaZn可提高涂层的热稳定性能;采用超声法对超微细CaCO3/乙醇共混体系进行处理减小了团聚程度;PVC膜材涂层中添加超细重质CaCO3粒子时,与添加超微细CaCO3粒子时相比,涂层表面平整性较好。
