摘要:
为满足柔性衬底薄膜所需的高耐热、高强和高透光等特性,以芳香族二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和脂肪族六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为原料,改变HDI的投料比例,通过二异氰酸酯的环三聚反应,制备兼顾耐热和透光的高性能聚异氰脲酸酯薄膜。探究聚合物前驱液在固化过程中的流变行为,分析聚异氰脲酸酯的结构并测试其热性能、机械性能和光学性能。结果表明:随着HDI投料比例的增加,聚合物前驱液固化反应的速率降低;红外光谱表明成功合成了不同HDI比例的聚异氰脲酸酯薄膜;薄膜的初始分解温度均在455 ℃以上,玻璃化转变温度均高于192 ℃,表现为良好的热稳定性;随着HDI投料比例的增加,薄膜的断裂伸长率从5.50%增加至11.97%,且薄膜可见光区平均透过率增加至86.6%。该研究制备的聚异氰脲酸酯薄膜具有良好的耐热性能、机械性能和透光性能,具有应用于柔性衬底薄膜的潜力。
