摘要:
为制备高活性的光催化剂,通过一步煅烧法在高温下煅烧制备得到石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4),并将g-C3N4与TiO2物理混合制备得到g-C3N4/TiO2复合光催化剂;利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和傅里叶变换红外光谱等对g-C3N4/TiO2的微观形貌、晶体结构和官能团等进行表征,并通过荧光光谱和电子顺磁共振技术对g-C3N4/TiO2的催化机理进行分析。结果表明:TiO2成功负载在g-C3N4上,g-C3N4/TiO2的光响应范围得到拓宽,光生电子与空穴复合速度明显降低;g-C3N4/TiO2在模拟太阳光下具有较高的光催化降解卡马西平活性,在20 min内对卡马西平的降解率达到99%。该复合光催化剂在光催化降解废水有机污染物方面具有广阔的应用前景。
