摘要:
为了分析铁皮石斛组培苗与有菌根的栽培苗的circular RNA (circRNA)变化,采用高通量测序方法对铁皮石斛组培苗和栽培苗进行circRNA检测,并分析它们之间的差异。结果显示:两组4个样品共测出4115组不同的circRNA,其中有显著性差异的有27种,在实验组中17种为显著上调,10种为显著下调;GO富集分析一共检测出99组数据,其中显著性基因最多是核基因;KEGG富集分析表明,circRNA共有富集在7条KEGG通路上,其中丁酸甲酯代谢途径(Butanoate metabolism)和错配修复途径(Mismatch repair)具有显著性差异。以上结果可为进一步研究铁皮石斛形成菌根前后circRNA的变化提供参考。
